We have a BBBEE certificate based on the Construction Sector Code, Section 9 of the BBBEE Amendment Act 46 of 2003. Edilcon has a procurement recognition level of 135% and the company is an empowering supplier. EDILCON IS CURRENTLY 35% BLACK OWNED The group started its broad based black economic transformation journey many years ago and concluded a BEE shareholding transaction with a 35% black woman-owned shareholder, Nelson Kabine Construction and Projects cc in 2021. Nelson Kabine and his family has been an integral part of the business for many years and Edilcon management is proud that this partnership is growing.
